Description
Lemon Citron
• Three parts of Carúpano Citron Mix.
• Tonic Water.
Preparation: Fill a tall glass with ice, add three parts of Carúpano Citron Mix and top up with tonic water. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
Mojito Carupanero
• 1 ½ oz of Carúpano Citron Mix.
• 4 mint or spearmint leaves.
• 2 tablespoons of sugar.
• 1oz. Of lemon juice.
• soda or tonic water.
Preparation: Grind mint leaves and sugar in a mortar. Pour all ingredients and ice, into a shaker and mix well. Serve in a pre-cooled tall glass and top up with soda or tonic water. Garnish with mint leaf.
Inocence
• Three parts of Carúpano Citron Mix.
• Seven-Up or Sparkling Lemonade.
Preparation: Fill a tall glass with ice, add three parts of Carúpano Citron Mix and top up with Seven-Up or Sparkling Lemonade. Garnish with lemon peel.
Margarita
• 1 ½ oz. Carúpano Citron Mix.
• 1/2 oz. Triple Sec.
• 1/2 oz. Lime Juice.
• Ice.
Preparation: In a blender add all ingredients, shake vigorusly and pour into a chilled coctail glass rimmed with salt.
Bloddy Mary
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Citron Mix.
• 5 oz. Tomato juice.
• 1 lemon.
• 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce.
• 1 stick of celery.
• Salt and pepper.
• Ice cubes.
Preparation: Stir Carúpano Citron Mix, tomato juice, squeeze of lemon, Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve in a tall glass over ice and garnish with a stick of celery.
Fiesta
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Citron Mix.
• Seven-up.
• Ice cubes.
Preparation: Pour Carúpano Citron Mix into a tall glass filled with ice; fill with Seven-up and garnish with a lemon wheel.
