Carupanero
• Two fingers of Carúpano Black.
• Complete with Chinotto.
Preparation: Fill a tall glass with ice, add an ounce of Black, complete with Chinotto.
Sensación
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Black.
• 1/2 oz. Orange juice.
• 1/2 oz. Cherry Heering.
• 1 dash of grenadine.
• 1/2 lemon.
• 3 drops of Angostura bitter.
• Ice cubes.
Preparation: Mixed and shake well all ingredients with the juice of half lemon, pour into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
Swettie Black
• 1 oz. Carúpano Black. • 1/2 oz. Amaretto. • 2 oz. Apple juice. Preparation: Shake with crushed ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.Altamira
• 1/2 oz. Carúpano Black.
• 1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth.
• 1/4 oz. Brandy.
• 1/4 oz. Gin.
• 1/2 oz. Lemon juice.
• 1 oz. Club Soda.
• Ice cubes.
Preparation: Mixed and shake well all ingredients with ice cubes, strain into a large cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
Black Martini
• 1 oz. Carúpano Black.
• 1/4 oz. Dry vermout.
• Ice cubes.
Preparation: Shake the ingredients with ice cubes, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a black olive.
Rumba
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Black.
• 1 Oz. Grapefruit juice.
• 2 Oz. Orange juice.
• 1 Oz. Triple Sec.
• 1 1/2 oz. Lemon juice.
• 1/2 Cup ice cubes.
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a blender for about 30 seconds, pour into a tall glass and garnish with a orange wheel.
Dorado Punch
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Black.
• 1/2 oz. Triple Sec.
• 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice.
• 1/2 oz. Grenadine.
• 1/2 Lemon.
• 3 drops Angostura bitter.
• 1 dash of Cointreau.
• Crushed ice cubes.
Preparation: Mixed and shake well all ingredients with the crushed ice cubes and the juice of half lemon. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple bit.
Lightning
• 1 oz. Carúpano Black.
• 1 oz. Real Carúpano EXTRA.
• 3/4 oz. Orange juice.
• 3/4 oz. Grenadine.
• 6 drops of Angostura bitter.
• Ice cubes.
Preparation: Mixed and shake well all ingredients, serve in a tall glass and garnish with a cherry mazard.
Black Special
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Black.
• 1/2 oz. Banana Crème Liquor.
• 1/2 oz. Real Carúpano COCORON.
• 1 tsp sugar.
• 2 oz. Pineapple juice.
• Seven up.
Preparation: Shake all ingredients. Strain over ice cubes in tall glass, top wit seven-up or blend with crushed ice to serve as frozen drink. Garnish with pineapple spear.
Tsunami
• 1/2 oz. Carúpano Black.
• 1/2 oz. BRIT GIN.
• 1/2 oz. ANIS DON SIMON.
Preparation: Shake with crushed ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
