Caipiriña
• 1 1/2 oz. PALO FINO White.
• 2 tsp of sugar.
• 1 Lemon.
• Crushed ice cubes.
Preparation: In a Collins glass, place the sliced lemon; add the sugar and PALO FINO White, top with crushed ice.
Ponche Especial
•1 oz. PALO FINO Red.
•1 egg.
•1 tsp of sugar.
•1 Glass of milk.
• Ice cubes.
• Nutmeg.
Preparation: Put the egg, milk, sugar, ice cubes and PALO FINO Red into a shaker; mixed and shake vigorously, strain into a tall glass and sprinkle wit nutmeg.
