Description
Caipirima
• Three fingers Carúpano Silver.
• A lemon cut into squares.
• Two tablespoons of sugar.
• Fill with soda.
Preparation: Grind in Shaker diced lemon and sugar, then add the three fingers shake vigorously Silver shaker with ice, then pour the entire contents into shot glass and fill with soda.
Daiquiri de Durazno
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Silver.
• 1/2 oz. Lemon juice.
• 1 tsp of sugar.
• 2 Ripe peach.
• 1/2 Cup crushed ice cubes.
Preparation: In a blender mix all ingredients, blend for about 30 seconds and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ruddy Silver
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Silver.
• 1 oz. Frozen strawberries.
• 1/2 oz. Grenadine.
• 1/2 cup crushed ice.
Preparation: Blend all ingredients until slushy.
Banana Daiquiri
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Silver.
• 1/2 oz. Lemon juice.
• 1 tsp of sugar.
• 1/3 Ripe banana.
•1/2 Cup crushed ice cubes.
Preparation: In a blender mix all ingredients, blend for about 30 seconds and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
Pineapple Daiquiri
• 2 oz. Carúpano Silver.
• 1/2 slice pineapple.
• 1 tsp lime juice.
• 1 tsp sugar.
• 1/3 cup crushed ice.
Preparation: In a blender mix all ingredients for about 20 seconds. Serve in chilled cocktail glass.
Orange Daiquiri
• 1 1/2 Carúpano Silver.
• 1 oz. Orange juice.
• 1 tsp sugar.
• 1/2 cup crushed ice.
Preparation: In a blender mix all ingredients for 20 seconds. Serve in chilled cocktail glass.
Silver Special
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Silver.
• 1/2 oz. Pineapple juice.
• 1 tsp sugar.
• Cracked ice.
Preparation: Shake all ingredients web and strain into a cocktail glass.
Mojito
• 1 1/2 oz. Carúpano Silver.
• 6 mint leaves.
• 1/2 Lemon.
• 2 drops of Angostura bitter.
•4 tsp of sugar.
•Club Soda or Tonic water.
• Ice cubes.
Preparation: In a collins glass, place and crush mint leaves with 1/2 lemon; add the Angostura drops, sugar and fill glass with ice: add PALO FINO White, top with club soda or tonic water and stir well.
