If your intention is to surprise that special person on the most romantic day of the year, Ron Carúpano brings two cocktails to elevate the occasion this Valentine’s Day.
- Alma Gemela
Surely you are planning a romantic dinner, and you will need a drink to match the evening, our Alma Gemela cocktail (yes! In Spanish because is more romantic, right?) will definitely help you create the perfect atmosphere to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Just like the best relationships, this cocktail is fun, sweet, attractive and very enjoyable. One sip and you will fall madly in love with the delicious mix of blackberry juice, green apple syrup and Ron Carúpano 18.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. of Ron Carúpano 18
- 2 oz. of Blackberry Juice
- 2 oz. of Green Apple syrup
- 1/2 egg white
- 2 oz. of Sparkling water grapefruit flavor
- Strawberries for garnish
Preparation
Add the ingredients to the cocktail shaker, without the sparkling water, close, and shake dry (without ice) to combine the egg white, open the shaker and add large ice cubes. Close and shake again for 12 seconds. Open and serve in a previously chilled glass, complete with sparkling grapefruit water and decorate with sliced strawberries.
- Amor Amor
Bubbly and bright, this cocktail is just the thing to rev up the romance. It’s packed with juicy flavors, thanks to the pink grapefruit juice combined with hibiscus infused tonic water.
Add an elegant touch of Ron Carúpano 21 and you have an elixir in a glass. Enjoy it by a candlelight, simply as an aperitif before dinner or just sitting on the sofa watching a movie and enjoying the Amor Amor cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. of Ron Carúpano 21
- 2 oz. of Grapefruit juice
- 4 oz. of Hibiscus flower-infused tonic water
- 2 drops of platinum liqueur
- Pink peppercorns and pink grapefruit slices
Preparation
Add all the ingredients directly into the glass in the same order as in the recipe. Stir and decorate with pink peppercorns and pink grapefruit slices.
