Destileria Carúpano has agreed, as a strategic objective, the development, implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System based on the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008, which is a set of quality and practice rules. The ISO 9001 guideline was prepared by the ISO/TC176 Technical Committee at ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, and specifies the requirements for a reliable system of quality management.
